Magdalene Bayim-Adomako is an independent consultant, and current Chair of the Assessment Panel for the Youth Investment Fund (which SIB runs); before that, Magda was an Investment Director at Impetus for 4 years, supporting SMTs/CEOs to make their organisations more effective, and that built on significant experience as a finance lawyer before that; her other board roles include being a trustee at Barnardo’s.
