Josephine Liang is the Co-Founder of CauliBox, London’s first reusable lunchbox scheme, and the Co-Founder of Dare to Care Packages, which sends essentials and PPE to vulnerable people and frontline workers during COVID-19.

As a social entrepreneur and sustainability campaigner with a special focus in food systems, she has worked with organisations like Unilever, Sainsbury's, and Westminster City Council to adopt green practices. With her work recognised on Al Jazeera, BBC, the Huffington Post, in 2019, she was awarded the “Women in Food” award by London Food Link, Sustain, and the Mayor of London for her work in food waste reduction.
