Emily Wallace

Emily is a learning and development specialist with a broad range of experience across the non-profit, public and private sectors.  She joined us in December 2022 and will be working closely with individuals, managers and teams across SIB.  Emily enjoys facilitating group learning, as well as one to one coaching, and is a qualified coach. 

Previous experience has included learning and development roles with the RSPB, the National Audit Office and a large accountancy firm.    She has a wealth of experience in designing and delivering management development solutions, advising managers on approaches to team development and performance management.
