Debjani Ghosh

Debjani is Assistant Director at the Office for Local Government. A civil servant, her experience spans social mobility, economic growth and levelling up. Prior to this she worked in the third sector, with the New Economics Foundation and Practical Action, and private sector with PwC. She was previously a non-exec at the National Infrastructure Commission. Her early career in international development helps her appreciate different forms of power and privilege. She is committed to improving diversity and inclusion in the organisations she works in.
