Chris has worked in the Charitable sector running community businesses for most of his career, including childcare centres, housing and construction, heritage, planning and transport. He understands the balancing act between effective business management, creating social value and needing the right funding package. 

In his current role at Ouseburn Trust, he advocates for charities to operate like businesses to develop resilience.
