David Chater

David has worked in the charity or public sector for the past 20 years in senior campaigns or social policy roles across homelessness, youth justice and substance misuse. 

He was vice-chair of Brook, the young people’s sexual health charity and headed up policy for Turning Point and Catch-22. He was Head of Funds at Power to Change from 2015 where he set up the Community Business Fund and led the team that oversaw their main funding programmes. David then developed an interest in using technology to drive social impact and trained in Agile project management and Salesforce development. He is a qualified Agile Project Manager and Salesforce Application Architect.
